Paragraphs 301(a) of the Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and Wales (8th edition).
Offence details:

Harold Chinegwundoh on and before 19 September 2008 engaged in conduct which was (i) dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister; and/or (ii) prejudicial to the administration of justice; and/or (iii) likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession or the administration of justice or otherwise bring the legal profession into disrepute in that he made or caused to be made a series of false documents each bearing a stamp purporting to certify its authenticity, and each purporting to be a genuine court document in proceedings entitled PC (Claimant) v OF (Defendant), namely

1) A Draft Remedial Order dated 11 July 2008, in which he styled himself ?LCJ QBD HC?;

2) An Order dated 11 July 2008, in which he styled himself ?LCJ QBD HC?;

3) A Draft Remedial Order dated 19 September 2008, in which he styled himself ?LCJ QBD HC?;

4) An Order dated 19 September 2008, in which he styled himself ?Master Harold QC? and ?LCJ QBD HC?, and purported to sit in the ?Chancery Chambers Registry?;

5) A ?Statement by Minister of the Crown? dated 19 September 2008 in which he styled himself ?Master Harold QC? and a ?Minister of the Crown? and ?Lord Chief Justice?, and purported to sit in the ?Chancery Chambers Registry?,

which documents were placed before the Central London County Court in the course of proceedings before HHJ M, together with a skeleton argument, and each of which was apt to convey a false impression as to its authenticity and effect.
