Yvonne Lloyd, on dates between December 2011 and May 2012, practised as a barrister (as set out in paragraph 201(a) of the Code of Conduct), in that she supplied legal services to Ms Susan Dorothy Simms and in connection with the supply of such services she held herself out or allowed herself to be held out as a barrister, but (in breach of paragraph 202(a)-(d) of the Code of Conduct) had failed to comply with the practice requirements of paragraphs 202 (a)-(d) of the Code of Conduct.

Yvonne Lloyd, on dates between February 2011 and March 2012, practised as a barrister (as set out in paragraph 201(a) of the Code of Conduct), in that she supplied legal services to Mrs Jacqueline Hawkins and in connection with the supply of such services she held herself out or allowed herself to be held out as a barrister, but (in breach of paragraph 202(a)-(d) of the Code of Conduct) had failed to comply with the practice requirements of paragraphs 202 (a)-(d) of the Code of Conduct.

Yvonne Lloyd, between April 2012 and August 2012, engaged in conduct which was dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister in that in the course of telephone conversations between April and July 2012 and in an email sent on 23rd August 2012 she falsely represented to her client, Mr Shaun Alan Marsh, that she had submitted a claim and/or application on his behalf to the Employment Tribunal, which representation she knew to be false.
