Reasons/basis

Boris Bronfentrinker is a solicitor.

On 18 January 2019 Mr Bronfentrinker drove a motor vehicle at a member of the public intending to scare them.

On 1 April 2021 he was convicted at Southwark Crown Court of dangerous driving. He was sentenced on 1 April 2021 to:

• a driving disqualification until another test was passed
• to pay a fine of £2,500 or in default to serve 45 days imprisonment • to pay victim compensation of £350
• to pay a victim surcharge of £170
• to pay costs of £2,000

  It was found that by his conduct on 18 January 2019, which led to his conviction on 1 April 2021, he failed to behave in a way that maintains the trust the public places in him and in the provision of legal services in breach of Principle 6 of the SRA Principles 2011.
