George Ofori acted in a manner which was dishonest or would otherwise bring the profession of barrister into disrepute when he failed to disclose in writing in his declaration dated 14 October 1982 certain convictions, namely convictions entered into the register of Tottenham Juvenile Court on 27 July 1966 for taking and driving away a motor vehicle without consent, using a motor vehicle on a road without insurance and driving whilst disqualified and a conviction at the North London Juvenile Court on 29 January 1965 for forging his mother?s signature.
