Howard Bradshaw failed to respond promptly to requests from the Bar Standards Board for comments or information on a complaint, in that he failed to respond to letters sent to him by the Bar Standards Board dated 7 July 2009, 24 July 2009 and 10 August 2009, such failure being so serious as to amount to professional misconduct by virtue of its repetition and combination with other failures to comply with the Code, as alleged in charges 1 and 2, and his previous failures to comply with paragraph 901.5 of the Code.
