Offence details:

Peter James Worsick, on 17th July 2000, when applying to be called to the Bar, made a declaration to the Masters of the Bench of Lincoln's Inn which was false in a material respect in that he confirmed the truth and accuracy of a declaration made on 2" June 1999 that he had not been been convicted of any relevant criminal offences whereas in fact he had in 1989 been convicted of offences of dishonesty at the Preston Crown Court and sentenced to a Willi of 12 months imprisonment.
