Reasons/basis

From 30 April 2018 to 25 June 2020, Susan Le Riche (also known as Susan Borkowski) was employed as the practice manager at Beviss & Beckingsale LLP.

Between October 2019 and March 2020, on six separate occasions Ms Le Riche completed the firm’s monthly salary payment instruction to the bank incorrectly by increasing her own monthly salary payment. This resulted in the firm paying her a total of over £8,200 more than she was entitled to.

In June 2020, Ms Le Riche completed the firm’s monthly salary payment instruction to the bank incorrectly by increasing her own monthly salary payment, thereby attempted to increase her own monthly salary payment by £3,000.

She was found to have acted dishonestly in respect of the above conduct
