Abdul Salam Zainu-Deen failed to respond promptly to letters from The Bar Council requesting comments or information relating to his failure to have complied with the sentence of the Disciplinary Tribunal on 20 July 2004 and relating to a complaint of The Bar Council`s own motion, namely, letters dated 11 April 2005, 4 May 2005, 17 May 2005, 7 June 2005 and 28 June 2005
