  1. Mr Chowdhry's work will be at all times supervised by Ka Lau (SRA number 479246).
  2. Mr Chowdhry's employment and supervision is limited to that as described in the following documents:
    • Approval of employment application dated 22 November 2023.
    • Emails from Mr Lau dated 28 February 2024 and 14 March 2024.
  3. Any proposed variation to the job description, duties or arrangements as to Mr Chowdhry's employment and supervision are notified to the SRA in advance of the changes and the variation must not take place until the SRA grants permission.
  4. Mr Chowdhry will not have any responsibility for or be involved in the training or supervision of any other employee at Highfin Limited.
  5. Mr Chowdhry will not be working on any conveyancing matters.
  6. Mr Chowdhry will not have responsibility for receiving or holding client money, will not be a signatory to the client or/and client account.

Mr Chowdhry will attend regular meetings with his primary supervisor.

  1. Mr Chowdhry will not start any new matter without supervisor's prior approval.
  2. Mr Chowdhry will coordinate his time away from the office with that of Mr Lau.
  3. In case of Mr Lau's absence for more than five business days, Mr Chowdhry will cease working and will only commence upon Mr Lau's return.
  4. This approval will lapse if Mr Chowdhry's employment at Highfin Limited is terminated.
  5. This approval and the conditions attached to it are subject to review at the absolute discretion of the SRA.

Mr Chowdhry will attend regular meetings with his primary supervisor.
