Offence details:

Bryan McNaught engaged in conduct which was dishonest, contrary to paragraph 301(a)(i) of the Code of Conduct, in that, on 2 March 2012 at the Crown Court at Cardiff he was convicted upon indictment of two counts of fraud by abuse of position, contrary to section 1 and 4 of the Fraud Act 2006 and one count of converting criminal property, contrary to Section 327(1) (c) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. And was on 19 April 2012 sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 15 months concurrent for each offence.
