Prior Conduct
Caroline Lancaster admitted misconduct in relation to the sending of emails which had breached GDPR and confidentiality.

Outcome
The conduct was admitted by Mrs Lancaster.

Sanction – Conditions
The Panel decided under Rule 14(3)(d) to impose a condition that she attend one day’s worth of GDPR training with an approved legal training provider, also covering data security. This must be completed within six months, with evidence provided to CILEx Regulation.

With the training completed the panel considered there was no foreseeable risk to the public from Mrs Lancaster remaining as a Fellow.
