Professional misconduct contrary to paragraph 301(a)(i) and pursuant to paragraph 901.7 of the Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and Wales (8th Edition).
Offence details:

Mr Agbaje engaged in conduct which was dishonest to a barrister in that from on or about 1 September 2004 to 17 March 2012 he cheated the public revenue in relation to Value Added Tax and from on or about 31 December 2008 to 17 March 2012 he cheated the public revenue in relation to taxation due on his income arising from his profession as a barrister for which conduct he was on 14th March 2013 convicted at the Central Criminal Court and sentenced to 15 months? imprisonment.
