1. The firm was placed into administration on 22 September 2021 which is a relevant insolvency event – Paragraph 32(1)( c) Schedule 2, Administration of Justice Act 1985;
2. It is necessary to intervene to protect the interests of clients and former clients of the firm and/or the interests of the beneficiaries of any trust of which the firm is or was a trustee - Paragraph 32(1)( e) Schedule 2, Administration of Justice Act 1985.
