Gulam bin Nadar Ali Mustaffa, on a day between the 1st of November 1989 and the 31st of October 2003 engaged in conduct which was dishonest or otherwise discreditable to him as a barrister in that he received the sum of RM 1,250 from M which was to be paid over to another in respect of a property transaction and failed to do so. Gulam bin Nadar Ali Mustaffa, engaged in conduct discreditable to a barrister namely on 2 April 2004 he was struck off the Roll of Advocates and solicitors of the High court of Malaya by an order of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary board dated 16 March 2004.
