Disciplinary Record - John Hardwick

The Disciplinary Panel of the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (PIReg) found that John Hardwick did not take out and maintain a Professional Indemnity Insurance run-off policy with a participating insurer and failed to provide in a timely manner information reasonably required by IPReg.

The Panel determined that the misconduct was very serious and that John Hardwick should be permanently removed from the Register.
