Breach details:
Professional misconduct, contrary to paragraph 301(a)(i) and 905(b)(v) pursuant to paragraph 901.7 of the Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and Wales (8th Edition).
Offence details:

Mr Kasturi Kesveren Balasamy engaged in conduct which was dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister, contrary to paragraph 301(a)(i) of the Code of Conduct, in that, on 21 May 2010, he was struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia for fraudulent and dishonest conduct.

Mr Kasturi Kesveren Balasamy failed to report promptly to the Bar Standards Board, contrary to paragraph 905(b)(v) of the Code of Conduct, that he had been ordered to be struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia.
