Offence details:
Mr Su Kien Cheok failed without justification to utilise monies received from a client to discharge stamp duty on a property transaction and used the monies for other unrelated purposes. As a consequence of this he was struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya by Order dated 22 April 2006 effective from 21 days thereafter.
Mr Su Kien Cheok failed without justification to pay a deposit received from a client into the client account and thereafter failed without justification to pass the same on to a thrid party vendor as required by the client. As a consequent of this he was struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya by Order dated 22 April 2006 effective from 21 days thereafter.
