Mary Poku, a practising barrister, behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in her or in the profession, in that she failed to comply with a judgment of the County Court Money Claim Centre dated 16 January 2020 in claim number F30YM636, which ordered her to pay £310,170 to X forthwith, and she failed to make an application to court in an attempt to remedy her failure to comply, despite the Bar Standards Board drawing the judgment to her attention by letter sent to her on 5 September 2022.
