The Panel was satisifed that Ardeshir Matini as a manager of the firm, and the firm itself, have failed to comply with the rules applicable to them by virtue of section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (as amended) - paragraph 32(1)(a) of Schedule 2 of that Act.
