Between 1St January 1993 and 31st October 1997 with intent to defraud Michael Stannard cheated Her Majesty the Queen and the Commissioners of Inland Revenue of public revenue, namely Corporation Tax, for two offences of which you were convicted at Southwark Crown Court on the 25th January 2001 before His Honour Judge Fingret and a jury and for which on the 9th February 2001 you were sentenced to 41/2 years imprisonment and 9 years disqualification as a director under section 2 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
