The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that, whilst working as a solicitor at Kingswright Solicitors Limited, on or around 27 June 2023, he advised a person he believed to be a prospective client to:

1. Provide a false narrative in support of an asylum claim within the United Kingdom; and/or
2. Enter into a marriage, in the absence of a genuine relationship, for the purpose of regulating his immigration status within the United Kingdom. 

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
