Nicholas John Storey failed to comply with the sentence of a Tribunal panel or body; namely the order of a Disciplinary Tribunal on 16 July 2003 that he pay ?650 in costs and an order of the Visitors on 10 May 2004 which upheld the original order for costs and further ordered him to pay an additional sum of ?110 in costs in respect of his appeal (total of ?760).
