This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. The Tribunal had certified that there was a case to answer.

Mr.Wagbaranta was prohibited from Restoration to the Roll of Solicitors except by order of the Tribunal pursuant to Section 47(2)(g) of the Solicitors Act 1974.

The Tribunal further ordered that he pay a fine of £50,000.
