Offence details:

Philip Loh Yin Fah, a barrister, between the 1st day of January 1995 and the 17th day of May 2005, engaged in conduct that was dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister, in that he failed to account to a lay client, Khadmar Edar (M) Sdn. Bhd, for a judgment sum in the amount of RM30, 849.61, such sum having been received by Philip Loh Yin Fah on the 7th day of May 1994 in his capacity as an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia, and was to be retained and held in trust for the lay client by him pending the outcome of an appeal, which was determined on the 21st of January 2000.Philip Loh Yin Fah, a barrister, engaged in conduct that was discreditable to a barrister, in that on the 4th day of November 2004, he was found guilty of a disciplinary offence by the Disciplinary Committee of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board of Malaysia and was ordered, on the 16th day of May 2005, to be struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Mala
