Vanessa Tamara Gibson-Marks otherwise known as Vanessa Gibson-Marks, a barrister called to the Bar of England and Wales and the St Lucia Bar behaved in a way which undermined her honesty, integrity and independence in that on 14th October 2014, in St Vincent and the Grenadines and whilst holding the Public Office of Registrar of the High Court, Vanessa Gibson-Marks was convicted of theft of EC $21,925 belonging to the Mediation Programme at the High Court.

Vanessa Tamara Gibson-Marks otherwise known as Vanessa Gibson-Marks, a barrister called to the GABar of England and Wales and the St Lucia Bar on 14th October 2014, in St Vincent and the Grenadines and whilst holding the Public Office of Registrar of the High Court and in direct abuse of the authority of that Office, was convicted of an arbitrary act prejudicial to the rights of another person, namely to request that a bank account for the benefit of another be closed.
