Offence details:

Victor Adiamah behaved in a way which could reasonably be seen by the public to undermine his honesty, contrary to rule rC8, in that, on 6 March 2019 at the Bradford Combined Court Centre, he discontinued a claim for personal injury compensation without having explained discrepancies within his own case and with the Defendant’s unchallenged evidence, which led the judge in that case to find that he had been fundamentally dishonest.

Victor Adiamah, an unregistered barrister, behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession, contrary to Core Duty 5, by holding himself out as a practising barrister when not authorised to do so, contrary to the Scope of Practice Rules, in a witness statement dated 21 July 2018 in his claim for personal injury compensation following a road traffic collision on 30 December 2016.
