Disciplinary Record - Vivien Joyce Williams

Charges
The charges against Mrs Williams were:

Charge 1
Mrs Williams engaged in conduct unbefitting to an ILEX member or likely to bring disrepute upon ILEX or its members as she:

– failed to complete the required number of hours of CPD for the calendar year 2009;
– failed to record the number of hours of CPD undertaken in respect of the calendar year 2009 in the online logbook; and
– failed to comply with and respond to reasonable enquiries made of her by IPS.

Charge 2
Mrs Williams engaged in conduct unbefitting to an ILEX member or likely to bring disrepute upon ILEX or its members as she

– failed to complete the required number of hours of CPD for the calendar year 2010;
– failed to record the number of hours of CPD undertaken in respect of the calendar year 2010 in the online logbook; and
– failed to comply with and respond to reasonable enquiries made of her by IPS.

Outcome
The charges were found proved.

Sanction – Indefinite exclusion
Mrs Williams was excluded from membership of ILEX for an indefinite period.
