1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. How to enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the website feedback survey and submit a valid email address via the prize draw entry form before the closing date.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • Incomplete, illegible or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Opening and closing dates

  • The prize draw opens on 13 July 2026.
  • The closing date for entries is 23:59 (BST) on 29 September 2026.
  • Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

  • There are ten (10) prizes available.
  • Each prize consists of one £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift Card.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
  • The draw will take place on 30 September 2026.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and binding.

7. Winner notification and prize fulfilment

  • Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • The eGift Cards will be sent to winners by email.
  • Only winners will be contacted.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

  • The Promoter will not publish or otherwise make available the names of the winners.
  • Winners will not be required to participate in any publicity relating to the prize draw.

9. Data protection

  • Email addresses and any other personal data collected for the purposes of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and issuing prizes.
  • Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate consent has been obtained.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or otherwise not received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. General

  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the administration or outcome of the prize draw.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
